This might be the very decisive experiment on the PICKFOOD project together with ESR1 Charalampos Tsekeridis and Agathe Bélime using IN13+ at the ILL – Institut Laue Langevin in Grenoble, France.
These final results will allow to fully describe how silica particles can be used as Pickering emulsion.
